MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A water main break has created a bit of a mess at 92nd and Congress in Milwaukee on Friday, October 4th.
The break is on Congress -- just east of 92nd St. It was first reported to Milwaukee DPW around 11 a.m. Crews arriving on the scene discovered the break is in a 16-inch pipe.
Crews have already set up barricades to prevent traffic from driving through the stretch of affected roadway. It's estimated the break will take between four and eight hours to repair.
People living between 90th and 92nd Streets Along Congress are affected by the break.
