MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Shops of Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee will go up for auction in June -- with a minimum big of $4.75 million -- according to FOX6's media partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal.
The Shops of Grand Avenue is on a website called Auction.com for an auction that begins on June 17th and ends on June 19th, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.
According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, Thomas Dobrowski of Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, New York City, is listed as the agent on the auction.
Dobrowski confirmed to the Milwaukee Business Journal that the property is going up for auction, but declined to provide more details.
The Shops of Grand Avenue -- located on West Wisconsin Avenue near Old World Third Street has gone through several owners in the last few years.
The Milwaukee Business Journal reports the current owner, a Bank of America commercial mortgage trust bought the propert at a sheriff's auction for $8.5 million in October of 2012.
