MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee officials say three people were injured when the scaffolding they were on fell down near North and Farwell Avenues Friday afternoon, May 27th.
According to the Milwaukee Fire Department, the incident occurred shortly after 3:00 p.m.
Officials say workers were putting up brick on the outside of a new building when the scaffolding they were on fell. None of the workers were trapped by the scaffolding, authorities say they rode the scaffolding down when it fell.
The three workers were taken to a nearby hospital -- all with non-life threatening injuries.
Milwaukee Fire Department's H.U.R.T. Team responded to the scene, but was not needed.
It is unclear what company the workers were working for.
