LOS ANGELES -- Richard Simmons was reportedly taken to the hospital for bizarre conduct, according to TMZ.
Sources tell TMZ, the fitness guru was acting in an unusual way Friday evening, when someone at his Hollywood Hill home became alarmed and called 911. Paramedics recommended that Simmons be checked out.
Simmons reportedly agreed to go to the hospital and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Back in March, friends were worried that Simmons was being held against his will, but he said that was not true.
It is unclear if Simmons is still hospitalized.
