MADISON -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice will take public feedback on new requirements for concealed carry permits.
The new requirements would involve applicants being required to undergo training on safe firearm handling, as well as use of deadly force.
They would also learn techniques for avoiding and controlling violent confrontations.
A public hearing is planned for Green Bay Tuesday, July 24th and Pewaukee Wednesday, July 25th.
Pewaukee's hearing will be held at the Waukesha County Technical College at 10:00 a.m.
