WEST ALLIS (WITI) -- West Allis police are seeking a missing, adult man who is cognitively challenged.
West Allis police say 22-year-old Marcus Smiley was reported missing on Monday, June 16th -- from a residence in the 2400 block of S. 60th Street in West Allis.

Police say Smiley is a cognitively challenged individual who is unable to care for himself without supervision.
He is described as 6'1" tall, with black hair, brown eyes, and a thin build. He weighs 150 pounds.
The type of clothing he is wearing is unknown.
Detectives and officers with West Allis PD are actively looking for Smiley.
He has been entered into the National Crime Information Center as a missing disabled adult and an attempt to locate was sent to surrounding law enforcement agencies.
