KENOSHA -- A man accused of breaking into a fire department to steal medication inside pleaded guilty Tuesday, May 29th.
Gary Smith of Kenosha pleaded guilty to breaking into the Southshore Fire Department in March of 2011.
Police say Smith stole medication.
Prosecutors are recommending jail time for Smith, but are not saying how much.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 9th.
