GRAFTON (WITI) -- Grafton police on Monday afternoon, May 5th handled another crash involving a school bus. This, after a serious crash involving a school bus on Thursday, May 1st -- in which a driver had to be extricated from his vehicle and taken to the hospital.
Monday's crash happened around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of State Highway 60 and First Avenue.
Police say when they arrived on scene, they were able to determine the striking vehicle actually struck a vehicle just up the road, continued on, and rear-ended the school bus, that was stopped at the stoplights at First Avenue.
The driver of the first vehicle that was struck was treated and released at the scene -- as was the driver of the school bus.
The driver of the striking vehicle was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
There were no children on board the bus at the time of this crash.
