MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Duane Fish, the Milwaukee man who pleaded guilty to assaulting three women on the Oak Leaf Trail, was sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction on Friday, February 8th -- nine months for each of two counts.
For the third count against Fish, he was sentenced to probation with the following conditions: He much attend treatment and counseling programs, he must keep absolute sobriety with random urine screenings, he cannot have any contact with Lincoln Memorial Dr., Gordon Park, Lake Park and the Oak Leak Trail. Fish will also be on the sex offender registry for 15 years.
Fish was charged with three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. He is a 16-year military veteran with a history of alcoholism and PTSD.
