U.S. Marshals search for sex offender Raimundo Jones
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 40-year-old Raimundo Jones.
In May 2013, Jones led police on a high speed car chase in New Berlin, according to a criminal complaint. His car reached speeds close to 80 miles per hour before it went into a ditch and rolled several times.
Marshals say Jones was able to get out of jail on bond but failed to appear in court.
Jones is a non-compliant sex offender. He was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child in Illinois in 2008.
Jones is 5'1'' and weighs 210 pounds. He has a number of tattoos, including 'Sadie' across his back, 'Leigh-Ann' in a cross on his forearm and a six-point star on his chest.
U.S. Marshals believe Jones is in Milwaukee. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 414-297-3707.
