In business news for Thursday, December 13th, 2012 -- There is new life in the works for a vintage seven-story office building in downtown Milwaukee. The Posner building on the corner of Wisconsin and Plankinton could be converted into 103 apartments, and commercial space.
The owners of the Hi-Hat Lounge & The Garage on Milwaukee's east side are planning an expansion. A 750-square-foot addition is planned for the north side of the building, with eight roll-up garage doors that can be opened in the warm weather.
