In business news for Monday, May 21st, 2012 -- The Eaton Corporation has agreed to buy Cooper Industries in a deal worth $11.8 billion. Both companies have substantial operations in the Milwaukee area and are expected to be called Eaton Global once the deal is done.
Also, China's largest cinema owner, Dalian Wanda Group is set to buy AMC Entertainment. The deal is valued at $2.6 billion.
