CALUMET COUNTY -- A 42-year-old man driving an off-road vehicle on Lake Winnebago died on Saturday, January 19th after the ice broke underneath him.
The man fell through the ice with the vehicle. A dive team pulled him from the water, but by that point, he had been underwater for an hour.
The man was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The Wisconsin DNR is investigating this incident. The man's name has not yet been released.
