MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Fire officials were called to the scene of a duplex fire late Monday night, July 29th on N. 83rd Street near Carmen Avenue.
According to officials, the fire broke out in a second floor bedroom and cause an estimated $60,000 in damage to the building and $15,000 to contents.
As a result of the fire, ten children and four adults were displaced. No injuries were sustained as a result of the fire.
At this time, the cause of the fire is unknown and remains under investigation.
