Behind the scenes look at Wisconsin State Snow Sculpting Championship

RACINE (WITI) -- Chip hangs in downtown Racine to learn all snow sculpting as he previews the 25th annual Wisconsin State Snow Sculpting Championship. The championship will be held at Monument Square, in Downtown Racine from January 9th through January 11th.
