Milwaukee hit-and-run, police search for vehicle

Milwaukee police are looking for a suspect in a Tuesday hit-and-run that seriously injured a pedestrian.

Police said a 71-year-old man was crossing the street when he was hit near Teutonia and Villard around 3 p.m. The vehicle took off, and the victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Authorities are looking for a white Honda Civic, likely from 2022 or newer, that was traveling north on Teutonia at the time of the crash. The car may have damage to the driver's side hood and windshield. It also has tinted windows and black rims.
