Man accused of fatal hit-and-run in Kenosha County goes to court

The suspect involved in a fatal hit-and-run admits to drinking and driving but is not charged with that. He goes to court Tuesday to face other charges including hit-and-tun resulting in death and homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
