MADISON (WITI) -- Gov. Scott Walker says he has the money to give tax cuts to the middle class in Wisconsin.
The non-partisan "Legislative Fiscal Bureau" released updated revenue projects for the time period spanning 2013-2015.
The group expects Wisconsin to have close to $420 million in surplus.
Gov. Walker credits reforms that took Wisconsin out of debt, and wants to use the money for tax cuts.
Democrats question the surplus.
Democratic Party Chairman Mike Tate calls the numbers "phony math" and blames Gov. Walker for cooking the books in his favor.
