Winter storm warning, advisory issued through Tuesday afternoon

The National Weather Service has extended a winter storm warning for Kenosha, Milwaukee and Racine counties until 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16. 

A winter weather advisory has been extended for Ozaukee until 3 p.m. The advisory for Sheboygan County will expire at noon.
