Riders rescued from stuck roller coaster

VALLEJO, Calif. -- Imagine trying out a new roller coaster -- and getting stuck at the top. That's what happened to riders on the new Superman roller coaster at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California on Sunday.

The train for the coaster got stuck 150 feet in the air. The riders were there for an hour-and-a-half before rescuers used a massive crane to bring them to safety.

Six Flags officials say the Superman ride will be closed pending a safety inspection.
