RACINE, Wis. - The Racine County Communications Center experienced on Thursday, April 27 a "critical service outage" that affected its ability to receive and process emergency calls. But shortly after noon, that outage was resolved.
Officials said in a Facebook post that they "apologize for any inconvenience" this outage may have caused.
