RACINE, Wis. - A Racine man was arrested operating while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle early Saturday morning, June 17.
The Wisconsin State Patrol said a trooper stopped the 48-year-old around 12:20 a.m. for speeding on I-94 near Durand.

The trooper noted signs of impairment – including glassy eyes and slurred speech – and conducted standardized field sobriety tests. The man was then arrested.
If convicted, it would be the man's first OWI offense.
