Family, friends gather to remember man killed by July 22nd flash floods
WITI-TV, MILWAUKEE - Seven days after the July 22nd floods battered parts of the Milwaukee area, a crowd gathers to honor a young man where he died. 19-year-old Kyle Prelesnik died after his car was swept into Lincoln Creek by flash flood waters.

For all the damage and destruction caused by last week's record flooding, Tim Kroll's 19-year-old brother Kyle Prelesnik is the only life washed away. His car was swept into the waters of Lincoln Creek, his body finally found days later upstream.

Now, Kroll chalks message and waits for the crowd. He hopes to pull some understanding from the place his brothers empty car was pulled from the water Saturday. Kyle's friend Moises De Anda chalks the tragedy up to an act of god.
