Despite what you see on prime time dramas, it's usually pretty easy to figure out who committed a murder. The hard part is proving it. Detectives in Ozaukee County are facing just the opposite in one baffling cold case. They tell FOX6 Investigators they have plenty of evidence, just no one who matches it.
When Traci Hammerberg's body was found in a remote area near Grafton in December of 1984, detectives expected to solve the case quickly. They had a rich list of possible suspects, and a crucial piece of evidence. More than 25 years later, they are still on the hunt for Traci's killer.
