WITI-TV, MILWAUKEE - A local organization says it wants the banks to pay up and do what's right. That group says the three banks that own or are trustees of the majority of these homes are not being good neighbors. There are currently 15,000 foreclosed homes in the greater Milwaukee area according to that group. The group claims foreclosed homes in the Milwaukee area are magnets for crime, and bad news for property values.
