WITI-TV, MILWAUKEE - There is word that should Republican Scott Brown win the Massachusetts seat, Democrats would try to stall the swearing in process to prevent him from voting on the health care reform bill. Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold says he wants the new Senator whoever it is to be sworn in appropriately, adding he does not want Democrats to "Pull a fast one".

During his Tuesday listening session, the comments and concerns come at Senator Russ Feingold. The listening session was held at Milwaukee's Washington High School.

About 150 Wisconsinites discuss a variety of issues, but health care reform sits at the top of the list. Feingold says, "I think the largest group are probably people that are for the bill. The second largest group are the people that are against the bill, because they don't think they wanna do anything. Then there's a third group, which is significant that want a stronger bill."

Radio personality Earl Ingram worries about those he says are not being heard, detailing his disappointment that word of the Senator's session did not reach more people of color. He says, "Make no mistake about it, this community would've come out in droves, had they known the Senator was here."

A Feingold staff member says the session was posted last week and that all local media outlets were informed as well.
