WITI-TV, RACINE - An apartment manager is stabbed in the neck for protecting a 14-year-old girl from a 54-year-old Racine man. Everyone involved lives in the same apartment building on Douglas Ave. and everyone is back home Tuesday night, except for Wallace Ford. He's in the Racine County Jail facing three felony charges.

Wallace Ford faces felony charges for attempted murder, reckless endangerment, and armed burglary. He faces up to 87 years behind bars, and is currently being held on a $20,000 cash bond.
