The Milwaukee Public Schools Superintendent appointed a new principal to Vincent High School on Friday. The new principal is Matthew Boswell.
Boswell used to be the principal at Northwest Second School. He'll head a new team of administrators at Vincent starting Monday. The move is prompted by violence at the school.
Milwaukee police rushed to the school Monday and Tuesday, arresting several as students fought and others would not go back to class.
The teachers union supports the changes taking place at Vincent High School.
