A US Marshal is accused of some cruel and disturbing acts while at home. A source close to the investigation tells FOX 6 48-year-old Timothy Moseley was a disciplinary transfer from out of state to Milwaukee. Moseley is facing potential discipline through Wisconsin's justice system.
Deputy US Marshal Moseley is being charged with three counts including two charges of false imprisonment.
Police say Moseley met a 20-year-old woman on the internet back in April. According to a criminal complaint, she feared if she didn't date him, he threatened to have her child taken away.
She was living with Moseley, and last Wednesday got into an argument. The woman threatened to move out and Moseley allegedly restrained her, handcuffing her wrists. Later she told South Milwaukee Police about the incident.
Court documents say this past summer Moseley allegedly demanded sex, restraining the 20-year-old to a bed. Moseley used a red ball with black straps as a gag. Investigators say Moseley got a camera took pictures, and threatened to post the photos all over Facebook.
In another incident Moseley and the woman drove to his home after an argument. The criminal complaint says she had two drinks, but the next thing she remembers is waking up in the morning naked on Moseley's bed.
Investigators say she later discovered seven to ten lewd photos taken of her passed out.
Moseley is on paid administrative leave from the Marshal's Office. If convicted on the charges he faces up to 15 and a half years behind bars.
