Are you having problems receiving FOX6 over the air? If you've had problems since the digital switch on June 12, 2009, we want to make sure FOX6 is on your TV, where it belongs!

For starters, we strongly recommend you rescan your DTV converter box. That process does the trick for many FOX6 viewers. You can READ instructions on rescanning by CLICKING HERE or play the video just below.

 
It's also important to check on family, friends and neighbors to see if they're having similar problems with their DTV converter boxes. If you know anyone who's on Facebook, Twitter or MySpace who needs help, make sure they see this information too.

If the video or text instructions don't help you resolve your DTV reception issue, there are two ways we can help:

Either way, you will get a response from the FOX6 Engineering team to help remedy your reception problem.

Remember, this is for over-the-air viewers only. If you get a combination of satellite and over-the-air reception on your TV, you could be affected. Cable subscribers should be seeing FOX6 just fine.



IF YOU STILL NEED A DTV CONVERTER BOX: Time is running out for you to apply for a DTV coupon. The last day to apply for a coupon is July 31, 2009. After that date, you'll pay full price for any DTV converter box you wish to purchase.
