WITI-TV, MILWAUKEE - Youth from around southeastern Wisconsin rally at Cathedral Park Square for the 23rd Annual Rally for Abstinence. The event kicked off with a parade through downtown Milwaukee starting at City Hall. FOX 6's Gus Gnorski tells you more about this rally.
